## Accomplishments

- Implemented `buildRcloneConf(state: WizardState): string` as a pure TypeScript function

- RCLONE_TYPE_MAP correctly translates `s3-compatible` to `type = s3` (not `type = s3-compatible`) — critical rclone requirement
