- Add BrandingRepository as Singleton with branding.json path
- Add IBrandingService/BrandingService as Singleton
- Add IGraphUserDirectoryService/GraphUserDirectoryService as Transient
- 224 tests pass, 26 integration tests skipped (live Graph)
