chore: clean repo for v2.0 publish
- Remove .planning/ (251 GSD planning files)
- Remove old PowerShell-era files (TODO.md, lang/, examples/)
- Remove accidentally tracked zip
- Rewrite README for .NET WPF app
- Update .gitignore
