Wave 0 Requirements

• vitest.config.ts — test runner configuration (node environment, globals: true)
• src/schemas/registry.test.ts — stubs verifying BackendType keys + FieldDef array structure (SC-2)
• src/schemas/index.test.ts — stubs verifying Zod safeParse success/failure for all three backends (SC-3)
• src/store/reducer.test.ts — stubs verifying all WizardAction types produce correct state transitions (SC-4)
