kawa e8801ecd34 feat(12-02): add missing translation keys to base.html dictionary ...

- Add ~60 new keys to both fr and en translation objects (dashboard, printers_new, printer_list, clients, client_detail, drivers, packages, printer_detail, edit_modal)
- Fix test_dashboard_shows_recent_packages to use class-specific empty-state assertion (string now appears in i18n JS dictionary)
