kawaandClaude Haiku 4.5 9b354636bb Add SSH source support with dialstdio and UI components 
- Implement SSH dial via stdio for remote connections
- Add sources API and storage layer for managing connection sources
- Add SourcePanel and SshFields web components for SSH configuration
- Update app structure to support source-based connections
- Update handlers and server for new sources endpoint

kawaandClaude Sonnet 5 34e18987a0 Rename product to dockmv (container, image, module, env vars) 
Container/image/service name, Go module path, CLI binary name, and
DOCKER_MIGRATE_* env vars still used the old working name; the project
is branded DockMV everywhere else (README, logo, Gitea repo).

- Replace text-based branding with logo icon in header
- Update README.md with full DockMV logo image
- Add favicon and logo-icon assets
- Add dockmv-icon to assets directory
- Update styles for logo display
- Rebuild web UI distribution
